No matter the setting or type of your wedding day, our team will be there each step of the way. From your initial consult to timeline planning calls to the big day itself, we strive to ensure solid communication and organization to help your day flow seamlessly. While capturing your big day we will guide you through each part of our photography process ensuring no detail goes unnoticed, you are comfortable in front of the camera and most of all, enjoying your special day! Our style of photography is a mix of candid and posed images that remain timeless and authentic. You can a preview gallery within 24 hours of your big day followed by 500+ edited images in a secured online gallery within 4-8 weeks of your wedding date.

Our wedding films are a unique mix of romantic, non-traditional, authentic and modern yet timeless. We love to create beautiful films uniquely crafted for each couple and their story. Hiring Aspen & Co. for not only video but for photography as well will ensure a high quality experience as our team members works closely with each other in order to ensure the best client experience possible. When booking a (standard) wedding film package with us you can expect a 4-7 minute highlight video within 6-8 weeks from your wedding date. There are also additional options available to add on such as RAW footage, speeches + vows, longer duration films, super 8 film and second videographers. Each package is tailored to meet our clients needs.

Wedding Videography
In addition to wedding/elopement photography + videography we are pleased to offer services for proposals, engagement sessions, maternity/family sessions, boudoir/portraits and branding. All standard sessions of these types include 60 minutes of coverage and include 1-2 outfits and 50+ edited images. Sessions can be customized as well. Videography can also be added for proposals + engagement sessions.
35mm film scans are also an additional add on we now offer for all session types. Film packages include 30 scans per roll. If you are interested in adding that to your package please mention it on your inquiry

Engagement Sessions + Additional offerings
This package is a newer offering that we are opening up for 2023 and is perfect for events (think small business owners, retreats, etc.), influencers/content creators or if your traveling and want to have each part of your adventure captured without missing a beat. These packages will range in price and be customized to the client's specific needs but depending your desires you can expect to have us there with our camera gear in hand and receive a mix of photos, videos, a short vlog style film featuring GoPro and drone footage and an Instagram reel style video!

Galleries and videos are sent online where you can download and print all of your favorite photos in one place. Enjoy these beautiful memories for the rest of your life! Xx
6. sixth STEP IN YOUR PROCESS
You can expect your engagement gallery within 2-3 weeks and your entire wedding gallery in 6-8 weeks. Wedding videos may take a bit longer at 8-12 weeks as they require more in depth editing!
5. fifth STEP IN YOUR PROCESS
It's the BIG DAY! From the moment you start getting ready to your best moves on the dance floor during your reception, Aspen & Co. will be there the entire day to support you on the most special day of your life!
4. fourth step in your process
Margaret will be in contact with you multiple times leading up to your time working with Aspen & Co. You will receive resources such as a document with your timeline plan, guides, and vendor recommendations!

In the time frame your reviewing your contract, we can hop on a call with you and discuss any questions you might have OR if you’re more of any email person we can chat over email :)

After you inquire, you can expect to hear from Margaret within 24-48hrs. Depending the amount info you give you will generally get a quote and a contract + invoice to review!
